Stretches and Videos 

Stretching is one of the best thing you can to keep your muscles healthy.

It helps lengthening the muscles increase overall flexibility. 
Some other great tools are the Foam Roller and the spikey ball/Lacrosse ball.

This page is dedicated to share with you some great exercises to help you improve. You can also find some more exercises online but the best person to talk to is your therapist.

Please, remember that if you experience any discomfort, pain during any of these exercise, stop immediately. If pain persist, consult with your GP.
